Computing Curriculum Studies 2

This Weblog consists of 8 activities to be completed over time (thus the site will not be complete for some time). Please click on the links below to see what is happening with each of the activities.
Weblog Activity 1	- If computers were never invented... A brief overview with various references about what the world would be like today if computers were never invented.
Weblog Activity 2	- Weblinks to various sites related to the curriculum for IT in Queensland Schools. A site that links to various curriculum subject syllabi and annotated from a pre-service teacher's view on curriculum.
Weblog Activity 3	- Weblinks for peer support materials. The following links follow to sites that have been created by practising, or previously practising Queensland computing teachers.
Weblog Activity 4	- A brief profile of the type of student from the class of 2001 Using information gathered from various sources, what type of students are in schools today?
Weblog Activity 5	- Knowledge Workers in "a culture of improvisation" A brief description on how (enter choice of syllabus) can create students that are more able to cope in the computing industry
Weblog Activity 6	- Criteria sheets related to other lesson plans created on this site. A developed set of criteria from my own lessons in Computing Curriculum Studies 1
Weblog Activity 7	- A series of projects developed by a teacher in Townsville followed by a brief analysis of each. An evaluation on the criteria for various projects created by a practising Qld. Ed. teacher.
Weblog Activity 8	- Links for professional support teaching IT at Queensland schools. Various links from the Internet that may be useful in teaching, to use in class or for content resources.
